  • CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a Venue or Government directed order forces us to have a cancellation of a competition due to anything that affects the running of an event (eg COVID-19), Everybody Sing and Dance Now will do the following:
Please understand that EBSDN is prepared, and we are determined to run every competition as planned in our 2023 calendar. We may put on two more competitions in 2023, if necessary to be able to cater to our community and what they need.  Please note, these events that have opened are all locked in, staff locked in, accommodation booked and venue secured, and everything is locked in.
The only thing that will stop us moving forward with any competition is if the State Government restricts us. It is possible that we may be able to postpone certain events rather than resort to videos. If in the event a Venue or Government directs us to postpone an event due to anything that affects the running of a competition (etc. COVID-19), Everybody Sing and Dance Now will do the following.
The event will become an online event whereby each troupe or performer will supply a video of each performance to be judged online with audio feedback and the same prizes we would have handed out, they will in turn be mailed to each contestant. This will be well communicated to all competitors. We will also be able to have the competition viewed online, so all performers can watch the competition. We have done this very well during lockdown and boarder closures.
